Key Club Scholarships

What is Key Club?

Key Club members are high schools students from around the world learning how to lead and stand for what’s right through service and volunteerism making a positive impact as they serve others in their schools and communities. Their core values focus on leadership, character building, caring and inclusiveness.

In Our Community

A Key Club can be established in any high school – home school and virtual. There is a Key Club at Northside High School, Jacksonville High School, and Onslow Early College. The success of these clubs rely on teachers and advisors at each school working with students to organize and volunteer through acts of service. These clubs allow students to learn valuable skills such as public speaking, running meetings, planning projects and holding elected positions.

Super Souper Bunco Fundraiser

One of our most rewarding projects is providing college and technical school scholarships to Key Club students attending a high schools in Onslow County. Each year, our club reviews numerous applications, selecting winners based on need, outstanding character, high grades, work ethic, and acceptance to a college or technical school. In January, our Club hosts the SUPER Souper Scholarship Bunco to raise funds for this scholarship.
